Overall the value is really good. Found some good options for an up coming wedding at very reasonable price.
You get what you pay for in service though. There returns is via Yodel who are appalling. Had to visit 4-5 shops before able to send. The ‘Print in Store’ option was meaningless. Probably fine if you have a printer.
They also just refunded me for the wrong item.
What a fantastic company! where else can you buy quality big name brands for these prices? nowhere! people need to read the terms about returning items and delivery charges before they complain. otherwise go to primark.
