When it comes to sleep, stretch out in a luxurious king size bed, complete with crisp white linens and feathery pillows. The remotely operated day and night blinds provide the ultimate in relaxation, meaning you don’t have to step a foot out of bed to open or close – bliss.

Nipa Thai

For the most authentic cuisine outside of Bangkok, head down to 2 AA Rosette Nipa Thai, the in-hotel restaurant tucked away on the first floor.

With originality at the heart of everything they do; from the Teak décor from Thailand to their traditional all-female, all-Thai kitchen, it’s no surprise they hold the Signature Thai Select Award from the Thai Government with pride.

Head Chef Sanguan Parr has been with Nipa Thai for over 25 years, serving up appetising A La Carte dishes such as Thai fish cakes, crispy fried prawn dumplings, stir fried fresh scallops and deep fried soft shell crabs with salt and white pepper. Not to mention a selection of vibrant, traditional chicken, beef and seafood curries, and delicious noodles and rice dishes.
