Seasonal fare can be enjoyed in the historic, Edwardian dining room, which is truly a warm and inviting place to dine and unwind. Exceptionally executed by head chef Joshua Reed-Cooper, the traditional menu includes a variety of delectable dishes such as Westcombe Cheddar & Smoked Anchovy Straws; Oysters with Mignonette; Chicken Liver Parfait with Sauternes Jelly & Sourdough Toast; Steak Tartare with Beef Fat Yolk and our personal favourite, Cornish Cod, Roast Hispi Cabbage with Potted Shrimp & Lemon Butter.
