Downstairs, the bustling Palm Court bar is at the centre of the action, offering a sophisticated place for drinks and small plates. Nods to the building’s unique past run throughout the space, from intricate clock ornaments, original wall panelling, and the iconic Liverpool City Council logo taking centre stage above the main bar. Enjoy fine wines, premium spirits and signature cocktails here, there’s even a cocktail list based on tea – could you get more quintessentially British?

Nestled behind Palm Court is the tranquil Seaforth restaurant, a beautiful British brasserie with a worldly exotic twist, inspired by Liverpool’s historical trade past. Menus have been created with global influences, offering guests colourful and inventive dishes that feature the very best of Liverpool’s connections to land and sea. Menu highlights include the iconic Liverpool Scouse, as well as chef’s signature Scallion Crusted Cod of Loin, served with braised bokchoy, mango salsa, ginger and lotus root.
