Co-owner and manager William is friendly, hospitable, and more than happy to share a Limoncello shot with the locals, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Hannah, then you’re in for a treat.

Amazing arancini and gooey burrata with the tastiest of tomatoes are perfect to start, with pizza perfection coming in the form of the Calabrese. All pasta is made daily on-site, by hand, using only the best Italian flour and the freshest eggs from The Egg Lady at Sapling Eggs in Knutsford. Their Tagliatelle Del Contadino is to die for; fennel sausage, saffron and ripped burrata mixed with chestnut and porcini mushrooms.
